Over. If I visit someone’s home and it’s under, I’ll even flip it around.
I’m pretty flexible. I’ve learned how to use it either way.

You get less drag when you go under…. TRUST ME.. I’m on the toilet 6 times a day…
over-easy!
not too particular, but i prefer under only cuz it’s easier to perform the one-handed tear-off without unraveling the whole roll.
over. and for toothpaste, squeeze from the bottom up.
