Check out some actual questions asked in job interviews with Microsoft. I guess I’ll never be able to work there, as I don’t know the answer to most of the questions …

Talked to a friend who works at Microsoft and gave him the link and he said that it is true. Those and those type of questions are used in the interview process as they want to see how people think with an abstract problem. They believe that technical knowledge can be taught, but it’s hard to teach people to be smart and think correctly.
