Gmail – 2 gigs!

G stands for growth.

You now have 2 gigs or close to that (and this is not an April Fool’s joke)! But the weird thing is that everyone is reporting a different amount? I wonder how they determine it? Let’s see who has the most! Mine says:

You are currently using 305 MB (22%) of your 1413 MB.

EDIT: Looks like it’s counting up … it should reach 2 gigs for everyone soon!

BTW, they also added Rich Text formatting!

    As you probably figured out, it’s because they’re in the process of bringing the extra storage online, so there’s a cute counter on the login page that shows the progress… I’m sure there are quite a few accounts that have the full 2 GB by now, but the number is a moving average.
