Get to the Human!

Have you ever called a company, wanting to just talk to someone about your account or your order and you just get caught in this automated voicemail? Have you ever gotten frustrated that the voice recognition thingie couldn’t recognize your voice or the options didn’t have what you were looking for?

Well, usually, I just hit “0″ whenever I heard an automated message or if they asked me to say what I need, I always say “Representative.” This USUALLY gets me to a HUMAN that I can talk with. But, I think companies are getting smarter and trying to hide this option, so that they can SAVE the company money on human resources. So, here’s the tip of the day. This link has many of the company phone system shortcuts to get the human.
