Another Try
About two years ago, I joined a gym, and here I go again. I got a great deal, thanks to Costco, for $199 (including activation, processing and tax!) for 1 year at all clubs except super sports and ultra sports clubs. I was seriously considering the Allen Natatorium, which was $165/year, but with the difference only being $35, I went with 24 Hour Fitness because they are open 24 hours, it’s much bigger, and they have locations next to home and work. Oh, and they watch our kids for FREE.
So, this time, there’s no competition against someone to motivate me, just my desire to be healthier and a nice website to keep track of my progress. I’m shooting for a three day workout routine, and this time, I’m gonna do weight training in addition to cardio.
We’ll see how it goes.
