Lately, I’ve been trying to be more focused, especially when it comes to the computer. Before, I was all about the most applications and having it there at my disposal … even stuff that I would use once or twice a year! But, now, I’ve been influenced by LifeHacker, 43Folders, and GTD, and it’s all about trying to minimize distractions. Do I really need have my contact list of IM buddies and know exactly when they log on and off, taking up precious screen real estate? …

Just when I was about to go back to Safari because of the speed of the program loading as well as the load time of different sites, there’s an optimized Firefox 2.0 for Intel Macs (and even other Macs). If you have a new Intel Mac and are patient enough to try, here are the instructions.

I SO want to do this … now …

What if Microsoft designed the iPod package?

Man, why don’t they get it?

There are so many rumors that are flying around about a new video iPod right now. Many of these rumors start because Apple files for different patents. Then people start mocking up designs based on the patents that they have made. I really think the rumors are pretty accurate and a new iPod could be out BY early April (Apple’s 30th anniversary). So, if you are in the market for a new iPod and especially if you’ve been eyeing that video iPod out now, just wait …

Traditionally, Apple releases many new products at MacWorld Expo. Steve Jobs‘ keynote will be tomorrow morning, so expect to hear some new news about iPods, Powerbooks/iBooks (Intel-based), and other programs. And if you are feeling that you are regretting getting a new iPod during the Christmas season, watch this SNL video. It’s been out for a while, but many haven’t seen it and it’s funny. It’s timely with MacWorld Expo this week.
