Finally, the beta for Google Earth for the Mac! This so cool. Everything always looks better on the Mac and Google Earth is no exception. It’s not fully released or official on their website, so you can get it here:
Google Earth for Mac – Beta
Man, this program is so awesome. I could play with it for hours. Just visiting places where you grew up and zooming in or “visiting” places where you’ve never been (and will probably never ever get to go to), is just …
Ok, so now you’ve got Firefox 1.5. What next? Well, one of the great benefits of having Firefox over Internet Explorer or Safari is for the extensions. There are three great extensions that EVERY Firefox user (Mac or PC) should install.
1) SessionSaver – One of the greatest features of Firefox are the tabs. If you’re not using tabs on Firefox, you haven’t even discovered the beauty of it. So, you use tabs. But has this ever happened to you? You have …
Ok, it’s finally here. Firefox 1.5 has been released, although they haven’t announced it on their website yet. I downloaded it from Mozilla’s FTP server. Their servers are gonna be slammed today and the next few days so you can get it from my servers here:
Firefox 1.5 for Mac
Firefox 1.5 for PC
I’ve been using the new 1.5 version from release candidate 1-3 and I feel it’s much faster. They fixed many security leaks and made many different changes under the hood. So, you won’t see …
I want one! Good thing I didn’t get the Nano. This thing is awesome. 150 hours of video on these iPods. I want to watch Lost on it! I wonder what the backorder on the black one is on that?
There’s other Apple release news and it all looks good. I’ve been waiting for this Wednesday announcement and it’s finally here and Apple doesn’t disappoint!
If you’ve ever wanted to IM from any other computer besides yours, this is a great website! Meebo is an AJAX web application where you can login to AIM, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ and GoogleTalk. It’s an Adium or Trillian on the web in a browser, if you will. So, don’t mess with aim.com, just use Meebo. You’ll sometimes forget that you are using a browser and think it’s an actual program. It’s REAL cool.
So, whether you are at a friend’s house, or a work and can’t …

But, it’s only for the PC. So, if many people are going to GTalk, what about on the Mac? Well, here are instructions on how to use your GTalk account on Adium and talk with other GTalk users. Or here are instructions on how to …
Finally, after blogging for about 9 months now on WordPress, I have found a way to cross-post to Xanga. What does that mean?
That means that whenever I post an entry on my blog (www.kyeschung.com/blog), it will post it on my xanga (www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=kyeschung) automatically! So, now people can subscribe to my xanga and still see the entries. My xanga is not just a placeholder anymore, but with updated entries. Now, I still prefer WordPress and my blog over Xanga anyday … so then why do this? …

Quicktime 7 w/H.264 is now available for PC.
Next Mac OS X will be called Leopard, keeping with the cat names, and will be release late next year, right around Microsoft’s release of Longhorn.
As rumored, we have successfully converted ALL pastors of YNEM to Mac Powerbooks (Pastor Kevin just got his this weekend).
A big day for Apple … and for YNEM.
The cat is out of the bag … Some got it early and others are patiently waiting. So …
Is it worth the wait?
What do I think about it?
Well, Apple’s brilliant marketing always makes you want to buy the latest OS upgrade making it seem like the biggest update ever, when it’s not even that significant an upgrade. Yet, that being said, there are a lot of features that they didn’t advertise/market (the little things) that I really like. Here’s a list of some, if you haven’t found …
